No experience needed — paid barista training & free staff meals

Join the Mekong Café team in BKK1.
• Welcome customers and take orders (Khmer & English)
• Prepare espresso drinks, smoothies and Khmer iced coffee
• Keep the bar and floor clean and organized
• Help with opening / closing the shop
New team members start with a 2-week paid training program — a senior barista coaches you one-on-one.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវ

• No experience required — we train you
• Khmer native; basic English is a plus
• Friendly, reliable, comfortable working some weekends
• University students welcome

ម៉ោងធ្វើការ

Shift-based between 6:00–21:00
• Minimum 4 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
• Roster planned around university class schedules

ថ្ងៃឈប់សម្រាក

• 1 rotating day off per week
• Cambodian public holidays (paid) per labor law
• 18 days paid annual leave (pro-rated)
