Yes! About half of our baristas started with zero experience. The 2-week paid training covers everything from the espresso machine to customer service.
How are shifts scheduled?
We plan the roster every 2 weeks. Tell us your availability, and swap shifts freely with teammates in the group chat.
Is there a dress code?
We provide the uniform (apron + t-shirt). Neat and clean is all we ask.
