Restaurant Supervisor (Riverside)
Grow from supervisor to store manager within 18 months
Job Description
Run the daily floor operations of our riverside restaurant.
• Staff scheduling and on-shift coaching
• Daily sales reports and cash-up
• Stock ordering with suppliers
• Handling reservations and customer feedback
You will train at our flagship store for your first 3 months.
Requirements
• 1+ year experience in F&B, hotel or retail
• Good spoken English (tourist-facing location)
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets
Working Hours
8-hour shifts between 7:00–23:00, rotating roster
Days Off & Leave
• 4–6 days off per month (rotating)
• Public holidays or paid in-lieu days
• Paid annual leave per Cambodian labor law
